Free gift not provided

I had purchased an HP laptop from Croma in Oct. The sales guys at the shop told me that I would get 2 free gifts with this purchase - (1) Bluetooth device to connect amplifier to PC and (2) Bag

To my disappointment, when I went to the HP site, the offer did not exist. When I reached out to the store, they ignored my issue for quite sometime till I personally vivited the store. Some promises were made by the staff there - Mr. Soumil

However, there was never a call back or any response. I have made at least 4 calls and 2 personal visits but to no avail. Now they tell me that the free gifts cannot be provided!

I had also submitted my complaint on their website which is supposed to go to Mr. Ajit Joshi. But the response was an automated one and presumed that the matter is resolved! My complaint reference no is 101/050409/Notebooks/4297

The optional free gift was a digital camera. They are not ready to provide that either. I am very disappointed that TATAs could provide this kind of service.
