Croma
In Warrant but no Service

I bought Nokia-5600 from Croma Store in Faridabad Haryana on 18 May with extended warranty of 2years, bill no.118-1281. Today i.e. 11th June my cell got a software problem i called them up and their Customer Care executive Mr. Dharam asked to come in croma store and they will repair it in half an hour. But after reaching there he only told us to go to service center which provides service for products in extended warranty period. Then Mr. Sumesh the assistant manager dint have any information of service centers and not even other employees had answers and Ms. Parul Bhsin the manager refused to meet us.
