Deffective LCD TV delivered and failed to take responsibility

Hi,

I purchased LG 42 inch LCD TV from CROMA (Croma The Electronics Megastore), Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. When they delivered the TV to me, i observed few scratches on the LCD panel. I immediately rejected the installation of the TV and called CROMA people. They failed to take responsibility of the product and refused to exchange it immediately.
