Our crompton greaves submersible jet pump which i have bought from Malik traders on 15.09.08, and voucher no. 2992, is being faulted and i have registered complaint with complaint No. 0904008914, they have replaced the pump with new one after 10 days, and issue us a new bill no.1219 from S.S Electroworks PVT.. LTD.. after installation, only 20 days after the pump faulted again on 11 july from then i called their service centre regularly and also going there personally at S.S Electroworks PVT.. LTD.. Bali Nagar, New Delhi-110015, Ph No. 25100679, 25434293, several times, they only giving their comment that they will replaced the -product in next few days but didnot take action against my complaints,
in this summer six family is being dependent on the pump jet and the service centre just delayed my complaint
