Crompton greaves
Exhaust fan Complaint

I parchased a crompton's Axhast fan from Kohli tading Company, address: 38, gautam budh marg, lucknow-226018 on 6th june

but on 8th july it stopped working,

i gave the complant to service center there people came on 14th july they checked and said fan has been burned and i have to bring it to service center address,

on 15th july i took fan to the service center on 16th july service center gave me a call and said collect your fan from here and take it to the shop from where you purchased the will send for the replacement,

on 17th july i did same, shopkeeper said you will get it within 3 dys, but still today 23rd, july i not got the fan

shopkeeper is saying that he spoke to the regional office and they said whenever the stock will be available he will adjust the exhaust fan,

i am very unhapph with the service provided by crompton greaves service center and dealer, i request you take action on it,

and sort out my problem
