Not providing spares

Dear Sir

I bought a Exaust fan model EF-4541 SR no. AD 501089. Its end cap/shield is made of allumunium,

which damaged due to faulty design and material. I enquired from Authorised Dealer of Crompton Greaves who refused to supply the parts on payment basis. He further added that this model has been dis continued hence parts can not be given, they also suggeted to buy a new fan for Rs.3, 500.00

I said that my entire fan is well if you provide only covers it will work again for years. He did not agreed to arrange the parts. I approach to local service station and send a fax to arrange the parts. From Service Station Mr. Sinha informed me that parts cannot be supplied you can buy a new fan. I said my entire fan is well you just give me the caps my fan will work. But also refused to give the parts.

This is a faulty design of fan manufactured by Crompton Grreaves that is why they discontinued the product from their product line. For their own fault they are forcing to suffer me.

It is there fore requested that needful action may kindly be taken.
