Installation pending from ONE month

I have purchased Crompton Greaves Solarium IWH 01P instant water heater from Reliance Digital on 27th of June 09 along with LG TV and Samsung Fridge.

Installation of fridge and TV is done after multiple calls to reliance digital in a span of 10 days.

now almost one month is over and the Water Heater installation is not done.

the ResQ no given 4472222 is always busy which i am trying to call from last 25 days.

Pathetic service by brans Reliance - suggest others to be aware of these facts if planning to buy from Reliance Digital
