Motor fail in 10days

I had purchased one Crompton Greaves motor on 20/9 with great expectation from one of your dealer named M/s AMBIKA SANITARY & HARDWARE STORE, GHAZIABAD. Unfortunately with in 10days it started giving trouble. It creates a loud untolerrable noise. It is so unfortunate at your end that we are just seeking for brand new motor but no one is ready to listen either the dealer or your company representative.

Can you give a single reason that why should i keep a repaired motor.

I request you to kindly replace this defected motor soon as you know that how much difficulty one face due to unavilability the same.
