False commitments & no service

Dear sir

I sanjay goyal had a bike breakdown today at 28/7/09 12:30 pm. I called up cross roads and it was said that the person will come in 30-40min as per thier commitments. but till 3 pm i was guided wrong and there was no one who came.

Moreover they even did not had a senior office who could assist and the phone ws constantly engaged

i am thier member from the past 5 years and at the time of need their was no service a wastage of money

at last had to take a rickshaw to take my bike to the service station
