Misplacing of my courier by company

Espected sir

i have sent a very important courier to vijay tiwari address:- 324, dr. ambedker nagar indore on 11/05/09. but vijay tiwari dont get courier till 19/05/09. after that i make a call to their kota office but they dont give me any satisfactory answer. and they are tolerate to me. they give me many no. of their indore offices. but after cal his indore officer told me your courier has been lost or misplaced by us and said you should wait for few days.

sir i have not satisfied with their services.and i want to make complaint against that componay because of fulfilment of my loss and take the action against such froad companies.
