CRYSTAL- Gas lighter
Warranty service not provided

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had purchased a Crystal-Electric Gas lighter from m/s- Fancy Crockeries, C-9/23 Sector-15 Rohini, Delhi-110089 on 17/8. Gas lighter purchased had a warranty for one year.

However, 2 months back it stopped working (had some spring problem) hence I had given to the shop from where I had purchased (M/s- Fancy crockery) so as to get it repaired, but with regrets I wish to inform that till date it had not been repaired. I had visited the shop couple of times but they said crystal executives are not coming to them so as to repair the lighter.

This is complete failure of warranty terms and consumer dissatisfaction. Would request to take up the matter and resolve the issue. The lighter is still with the shop and yet to be repaired even after two months.
