I Mrs. NIKETA KEYUR PATTNI worked with M/s. CSAV GROUP AGENCIES (INDIA) PVT LTD, GANDHIDHAM (KUTCH-GUJARAT). I have submitted my Provident Fund Claim form in DECEMBER at gandhidham branch and they have submitted the form at delhi head office as per their prosidure for the claim, but till date i have no feedback from the department or nor i received any money which is got deducted from my salary and they also dont give me any reply on phone and by e-mail, and dont give me my P.F. number for my safety.

Request you to please take up the matter and get the same approved and settled. Thanks in advance for your co opertaion for the same.
