Extreemly bad service

I have icici demat a/c and icici money to India account... and I am facing prblem in getting new password for my demat a/c since last 1 year and due to this I am not able to trade anything using my demat a/c, but icici is deducting annual chanrges every year, when I reached their coustomer care support they are not able to answer properly... each time they are giving different reasons and I am not saticified with their answers... I am fedup and not able to do anything from side apart from expressing my anger like this.

I did money transfers 6 times using icici money to India and not even single time they gave a reasonable exchange rates and last week I did a transfer and they are giving me with exchage rate of Rs46/USD... can anyone imagine of getting exchange rate 46 when exchage rate is touching almost 50/USD.
