Poor Customer Service

Sir,

My Bsnl Phone no is 01908-254036 in the name of Thakur Hari Singh. It comes under Jogindernager, Kufri Exchange. Sir, my phone is out of order for at least 1 month. We have informed the local BSnl officer many timesbut in vain. We have also registered complaint under Mandi circle but no action has been taken so far. We pay bill in time so I don't understand why lack in the part of Bsnl.

Sir, I request you to look in this matter as soon as possibly.
