This is regarding citibank credit cards...

This particular bank is harassing people in intellegent manner. what they do is &they send you your credit card statement always late so that late charges and interest charges can be accumulated. I have faced such situations seven times in one year. moreover I dont understand why these banks use telephonic conversation for complaints or queries and always deny face to face conversation... there is no transparency in such departments / systems.
