Passport not received

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have applied passport in Tatkal Scheme in 18th sep 2009 and my passprt no is BHUA02679409 when i have seen in passport Enquiry status, it is showing that passport is ready in 24th sept. But still i didnt get passport from your side.

Could you please check your side and confirm me, why it is being delayed.
