Not delivered the gift

Hi,

This is Suresh Kumar, i purchased a color T V (Model: CTV 21FE3BG) at Next Electronics, Gurgaon on 8th Feb. I have scratched the Gift coupon and i won "LG Mobile" phone in the Gift coupon.

Gift coupon no:1340142.

Inovice no:4647

To claim this gift (LG Mobile), Next Retail shop dealer (Hemanth) said i have to submit the xerox copy of Invoice bill and Original Gift coupon at "LG customer care", Sushantlok, Center point building, 2nd floor, Gurgaon. After submitting the above doucments i will get the gift on March 1st 2009.

So i went to the above mentioned "LG Customer care" center and submitted the required documents to the executive "Girish (Phone no:9899315274)" and received an acknowledgement copy.

But till today (21st March) i did not get any calls from Girish and i have not received gift.

So please let me know when i will get the gift.
