Slow response of sansui

I Purchase Sansui Television on 10-04-09 Model No= CTVSCF29SDF-CEP & Sr No-841108010228800052 from Dealer

NEW BANSEL ELECTEROVISION HANUMAN GARH JUNCTION (RAJASTHAN) Invoice No 1519 dated 10-4-09.

TV became defective on date 15-04-09, Sound became dull and double sound start, colour became fade and starts giving four different colors on screen. Than we approach the Dealer and technician arrived after one month defecate remain same again technician arrived with Sr, Technician after one month, he told me this TV is not repairable & I will sent report to H.Q Jaipur for changing New Piece.

But refused to give me duplicate copy to me. I approached Dealer he confirm the report and assured to replace the TV within 15 days i.e. in the month of July. Since then I am giving reminders through dealer for replacing TV but sorry to say that no action has been taken to replace the TV. Dealer is also giving only assurance on company behalf.

So I request to replace the TV within next 15 days to avoid litigation
