Accounting error-false statement for recovery under the head collection fee- requested for correction

Dear Sir,

I was so shocked and mentally disturbed to find that a claim for Rs.61.80 towards Cheque pickup fee on the date 14/02.is accounted for recovery from me which is not true since I dropped the cheque drawn for rupees Two Thousand only, bearing the number 304021of SBI, JIPMER Branch, Pondicherry, only in SBI, JIPMER Branch, Pondicherry and no one came to pick up cheque from me. This fact can easily be proved if proper investigation is done. Also, I request that I may kindly be provided proof / evidence for such collection if the referred statement of collection is true within a week. If no evidence could be found necessary action may kindly be taken to correct the error besides taking necessary disciplinary procedings against the person concerned to avoid further action from my side for justice.
