Change of current plan

Dear sir,

we have 2 plans currently working on our mobile one is CUG 250MB plan which have 3 no's and the 2nd one is 199 vertical plan which have 7 no's. according us we want to club the 3 no's out of the 7 no's (in 199 vertical plan) with CUG 250MB plan with existing 3 no's, and the remaining 4 no's out of 7 we want to change them postpaid to prepaid.
