Courier delivered at wrong address

Our courier was delivered to a different address hence you will not find a signature or rubber stamp of our office on your acknowledgment sheet. The documents were extremely important and urgent which is why they had been couriered. Fortunately since the telephone no. was mentioned on the address the third party called us and informed us and we had it picked by one of our office staff.

This reflects total negligence on the part of the delivery boy attached to your organisation.

We have preserved the envelope and the POD copy attached to the envelope if you require the same for your records and action.

A scanned copy can be mailed if requested.
