Parcel booked but not reached to destination since 5 days

I have booked two iron trolly and two iron trolly handle packed in 2 gp bundle. these are old and used. It has been booked from K.M.Memmorial Hospital, Bokaro to Sanjivani Medicine Hospital, Bhubneshwar. I booked it on the date of 14/11. Way bill number is 07 0 786559. Bokaro's Parcel officer informed me that it will reach to bhubneshwar via hatiya on the date of 16/11. But still that trolly have not reached to Bhubneshwar. I inquired and found that trolly is still in hatiya only. Today is 18/11. I am getting huge loss for that. Kindly tell me the exact status of my article and why they are not loading it. Please help me to get this.
