Thomas cook complaint

In my opinion, I was quite disappointed by the lady manager @ senapati Bapat Road office, Pune. She treated me as headache rather than a customer. she dint negotiate the exchange rate below 1 USD=INR 49 On the date of 27.07.2009.One of my friend purchased currency notes from Thomas cook office @ rate 1 USD =INR 48.45, 3-4 days before and for same reason only I travelled from Nasik to Pune..and the attempt remained worthless. I found that Negotiating forex rate @ thomas cook office was no different than haggling for prices in a market yard.

I'll glad if u take required action on respected officer.
