Not Opening New Current Account

Sir,

We have submitted all related paper for opening our new current account of M/s Aditya Agencies, Selling Agent of Birla Tyres- Kota at your bank & its related persons. We have also submitted a Application Form in month of April and saving account cheque of Rs 40, 000/- in the name of M/s Aditya Agencies on 06.05.09.We provided all queries to your persons.

As per our company Birla Tyres request to open our account in your HDFC Bank Kota Branch, we have given all documents for opening current account. We have Birla Tyres Collection account in your HDFC BANK, Kota. Thats why company asked to us open a cuurent account at your Bank.

We have so many times asked to your bank personals Mr. Abhinav Bhatnagar (Asst. Branch Manager)

But they always giving new queries for opening account. They have no positive response.

We have submitted these following documents to open a current account in the name of M/s Aditya Agencies.

1. Firm Registration

2. Partnership Deed Copy

3. Electricty Bill Copy

4. All Partner PAN card Copy (Self Attested)

5. Firm PAN Apply Reciept

6. Service Tax Registration Form

7.Rent Agreement Copy

8.Saving Account Cheque of Rs 40, 000/-

9.Photo all Partners

We have this is new Firm Account. We provided all these above documents as per requierment of bank personal on time to time.

Kindly letus know what other formalties Bank reuired to opening a new current account.
