Levy of late payment charges

Current account no 052-501673-001 is being maintained with your bank as per the latest statement recd it showed Rs 141.26 as old outastanding. However it was not not know how this amount was generated. But after talking to help line it was found that this amount was on account of some charges levied. Since no statement was recd for that period the amount continued to be outstanding . the bank also levied late payment charges of Rs 300 service tax. You are requested to reverse these charges as the payment of Rs 143 was immediately made on coming to know of the balance
