Non delivery of pledged LIC Policies

I have repaid outstandings in my CA no.10829471714 on 25.04.2007 with Noida Sector 2 branch but the LIC plicies (2) pledged in the account were sent to Kokan Branch Mumbai by them with an another OD account. The Kokan Branch has not delivered me these policies. One of the policies have matured in the current month whereas an another policy will mature in August. The AGM Kokan Branch Mumbai refused to disburse the amount of advance which was sanctioned by him in their books against these policies during my visit to their branch in November stating the the Account with Noida branch is operative. He also refused to return the policies with an advice to me to collect the policies from Noida branch only. I have sent mails to them on 27.01.2009 and 11.05.2009 on sbi.04936@sbi.co.in but no proper response despite of my 3-4 visits to the Kokan Branch. Please arrange to return the policies without further loss of time with overdue interest @ 18% p.a...
