Current Account of ICICI Bank
Monthly Charges of Rs 56

Dear Sir,

At the time of opening of Current A/C 025405500042, I was assured that there will be no charges if I maintain minimum balance of Rs10000/-. I always kept minimum balance of Rs 10000/- but Bank is charging Rs56.25 per month, whether I do carry out any transaction or not. Bank officials are clueless and unable to give any reply. Bank has putup a chart stating that 50 transactions per month will be free.

More over, if any individual want to close account in ICICI Bank 2/3 liens are imposed which are not removed for which customer keep on moving from pillar to post.

Pathetic state of affairs.
