I have received Statement dated Aug. 11 today in the after noon on 27-08, indicating total amount due as Rs. 5407.92. I want to know details of previous outstanding balance of Rs. 7, 546.55 .

Why can't ICICI inform well before due date? In a modern world with all possible fatest modes of communications available, do U still belive in despatch of ststment by ordinary post knowing fully well that the Indian Postal department is rated as the worst and the most ineffecient one? I think by delebrately delaying the information to their customers, ICICI want to jsutify the leavy of late payment charges and increase their earnings. If it is so it is better to close the account with ICICI?
