VERY BAD service

Sir,

i have SUN direct DTH last few months, suddenly one month back it shows NO-SIGNAL and i called customer care ie... 18002007575 after 120 times called it connected, and now also same problem continuously i am calling not connected, pls take serious action or BAN the SUN DTH.
