Not aspect the complaint but telling own theory

Epeated Rs 30 is dedecuted for "umaani_ap_sub" ot subscription done. In customer care and nodal officer tell own theory

last month i was in mumabi i got sms (64611030) saying "thanking for subrciption and we dedecuted Rs 30 for it, when i lodge a complaint they have aspected say that its wrong dedecuted we will pay back the amount and i received amiunt.at that time i told the i require only voice service only and deactive it

in other case

12131 i heard my offer that with recharge of rc 58 will get, Rs 58 take time and other offer like lower calling charge for std and local calls, but i received on Rs 15 only and other offer but i lost Rs 45 of take time.then i complaint to 121 they disconnected 121, 198 and other services.for that reason i keep my mobile off and switch over other operator.

but due to some personal condition i recharged with RC 150 the next day again Rs 30 was dedecuted and no one care the complaint include the nodal office kamal

they say still you receive is on for that reason Rs 30 was dedecuted which is false to my complaint give last time

i require my amount back and block all other service expect voice service
