Credit card penalty

In my statement dated 11-04-09 i have noticed a late payment fee of Rs 400/- which i request you to waive off as there was a credit of Rs 248/- on 13-03-09 may please be treated as some payment in time.

On receipt of your statement for Apr i have made a payment of Rs 1- thru cheque and the balance of Rs 164-49 (considering waival of late payment fee of Rs 400/-)will be made in my next payment. In case you are not considering waival of pinality, i will make total balance payment and cancel my credit card No.4477473601770006.Hoping you are considering my request and allowing me to continue to utilise credit card services.
