Ticket Fraud

Hi All,

I booked a ticket in customerneedz to travel from banagalore to Coimbatore for 19-06 on 28-05-09.

When I tried to take the print out for the ticket on 18-06-09. The ticket is not available to print. When I checked with customerneedz they are saying that I cannot travel in that ticket as the contract for them and the repective travels in over. That too they informed me only when I called them. I like to file a case against them to claim a compensation of Rs.5000.Kindly Advice.
