NO REPLY TO EMAIL FROM SBT, CIVIL STATION BR, MALAPPURAM

Am NRI now working in Saudi Arabia. I am customer of your Civil Station Br. Malappuram ever since this branch came in existance.

I never had any kind of problem with this branch and they were very cordial and helpfl with me for the last 30 years of my life in Gulf

I dont know what is the real problem which I feel during the last one month with SBT, Civil Station Br. Malappuram

Hence this mail is not a complaint but kindly advise me what is the problem ging on there. Usually whenever I sent a mail they either reply immediately or within 24 hours and I was very happy with them

During the last one month I am sending mails but replies are not coming and i am getting reply after reminders with incomplete details.

Pls kindly advise if there is any change in Bank rules and attitudes
