Worst customer service i had ever in my life

I had the worst experience regarding the customer service from AIRTEL and u people have a long IVR process which" SUCKS"... people customers are not to irritate them... u should try to help them man... urs customer executives really are the worst i had ever experienced... PLS prove that its AIRTEL not SUCKTEL... people try to gain up the name as u were before!!!
