Cute Lady/Readymade Dress for ladies
Discolouration of newly bought Salwar Kameez on first wea

This is to inform that I had bought one ready made Salwar Kameez on 7.2.09 of the brand name Cute Lady. the cost of the Salwar was Rs 1085/-.

Description of the Salwar Kameez: White and black print on the top with green patch work. Salwar is of green colour with light black print.

I had wore it once for an evening party and I find the black colour has been completely smudged on the white part of the dress near the armpit area. the condition of the suit was such that I am not in a position to wear it for second time, though it was a very costly one.

I tried to return the dress to the shop from where I bought the salwar but there I find Shop owner had a tough time to convince the Cute Lady owner for the replacement against the damaged suit and finally he failed to replace.

I believe the colour of the suit is not dried properly resulting such smudge which actually spoilt the whole dress. I have lost so much of money as the company has not replaced with a new one.

I do hereby request you to take up with the proprieter of the Cute Lady Mr Anil Vira (ph no# 6580-5159, 2421-6009 and Mob no# 9869009325) who actually put me in loss. The employee of the Cute Lady literally misbehaved when I asked for a replacement. They end up in saying that loosing one customer is not a big deal for them and they are not at all bothered for the reputaion.

As a national of this big country I would request for a serious penalty for such swindler businessman who only cheats people and play with their money for their own interest.
