Credit Card Complaint

Hi,

I have one HSBC gold credit card. The card number is 4384 5999 9201 6922. There was a payment due on this card for the amount Rs. 8064.52. I paid all dues on this card in Feb-09.

I've applied for a Home Loan in SBI. But my proposal was rejected due to write-off on this credit card. I don't understand why there must be any write-off if I already paid the dues.

Can I get a clearance letter for this so that I can present it and get my loan proposal approved.
