Airtel SMS plan Changed (Bitter experience with airtel prepaid service)

My Complain No : 12152126610

I have recharged with 53 rs sms pack (Airtel Kolkata Circle) on 6th December and got 250 rs sms balance

which is valied for 30 days to any local/std/ISD no and when i was sending to any isd no it was deducting from my sms balance but surprisingly without informing me anything it starts to deduct from my main balance for ISD sms from 13 th December and when i contact customer care they launch a complain (12152126610) and promised me to solve it with in 17th atmost but when i contact them on 17th again they told me it wll be solved within 30th December. This is the service Airtel is providing and think they will do nothing and this way they will consume the sms validity period and then they ll tell there is nothing to do as the validity is over. Even i asked them will the give me back the validity period they told me it would not be possible...
