NON-TRANSFER OF EPF amounts from CYBER TEK SOLUTIONS to AMERICAN SOLUTIONS

Respected Sir,
We, Contract Labours working in Corporate Office, APSPDCL, Tirupati Since long back as Computer Operators/DPOs/Programmers etc. and submitting a few lines for your kind consideration and favorable justice. We are financially weak and wholly depending on the paltry amount. This is only the means of bread winning. In case of need we are unable to obtain loans from EPF accounts due to non-issuing of EPF slips with latest balances.
A brief history of the grievance is:
1. The Monthly EPF Subscription amounts were recovered from all the persons regularly from our salaries by M/s Cyber tek solutions, (full address: Sri. Ramakrishna C.E.O, CYBERTEK SOLUTIONS, No. 405, A Block, Ameer Estate, Beside ICICI Bank, S.R. Nagar, Hyderabad – 500 038, Ph. 91-040-23735077, Fax- 91-040-23735088, E-mail: rk@cyberteksolutins.co.in, Website: www.cyberteksolutions.co.in) from 2003 to 2008 and also remitted to EPF authorities. Which was maintained by a contractor by name Sri. Rama Krishna, Hyderabad (M/s Cyber tek solutions).
2. Later on the Department (APSPDCL) was changed the contractor (Cyber Tek Solutions) and appointed the new contractor by name M/S American Solutions, Hyderabad.
3. A new EPF account has been opened by the New contractor ie., M/S American Solutions during May.
4. The Old EPF Account balances (Recovered and remitted by M/S Cyber tek Solutions} has not been linked with the New EPF account of all the individuals so far and Accounts slips for the period of 08 are also not received so far. We learnt that the contractor of M/S Cyber tek Solutions is obstructing for not transferring the amounts from Old accounts to new accounts and not releasing the slips.
In spite of several oral requests with folded hands, no response is received from M/s Cyber Tek Solutions. In this connection it is humbly request to arrange to release the EPF slips from for this act of kindness we will ever grateful to you sir.
