Cylender not given by dealer after booking

Dear sir,

I booked a cylender on 17-01 and second time booking: online on 04-03 (booking no. 10) but till now the cylender is not given by the dealer on dated 07-03.

I booked my cylender at SAI SEWA ENTERPRISES, distibuter of indian oil corporation ltd., VASANT KUNJ, NEW DELHI-70. my consumer no. is 07162. dealer never given me cylender on time since 1 year.please take action on it either i will go to consumerfourm with in two days.
