Bharat Gas Complain

This is a complaint against one of Bharat Gas agency or maybe the company itself.

I wanted a new connection for my home and I visited

BK Enterprises

SHOP NO. 4, BALAJI PALACE,

KHARADI MUNDHWA BYPASS ROAD, KHARADI

in Chandan Nagar, pune, Maharashtra

There I was asked for Rs. 4450.00 for new connection which included a two burner stowe. I asked them to allot me only cylinder as I have one good quality sealed packed BRANDED PRESTIGE model burner with BILL and WARRANTY that I am willing to show. It was purchased from reputed store with ALL ORIGINAL tags and stamps.

I was refused to get it. THEY MADE IT COMPULSORY to get the burner, as they said that Bharat Gas Company has made compulsory to sell burner with cylinder. BK Enterprises Agency owner don't want to issue anyone a cylinder without burner.

Despite being frustrated, I agreed to spend extra money and get burner.

NOW WHAT IS THIS?

Now this has made me sick. I needed cylinder connection worth Rs. 1250.00 and had to pay Rs. 4550 in total for the things.

Now this is a request to you to look into it and act.

There was a lady sitting on managers chair.

Even their internet site's feedback form is not working.
