Late delivery

Dear sir,

my customer id number is 12656. I am staying at chennai. My gas distributor name is Bhanu gas agencies madurvoiyal chennai-600095.

From last two to three month they were not delivering cylinder correctly they delivered cylinder near about 25 to 30 days after booking when we ask for this delay they answered that they is no delivery boy for our area (balajinager vanagaram). That was there mistake. Because of three time delay supply of cylinder we are facing the problem of gas.

They delivered me last time cylinder approx. 25th jan then the next day i request him that please book my cylinder because i have 2 cylinder & the second one was empty then they told that the booking is made only after 21 days.

sir please check is because it is not our mistake its distributor mistake for late delivering the cylinder.
