Bad service

Dear Sir,

I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with Blue Flame Indane service, Koperkhairane and my consumer number is K13427. I have booked for a refile on 17th august over phone. They replied that they will Distribute with in 2 -3 days. But after 4 days when I made a call to them they replied it will deliver with in 1 or 2 days. they are dealing with the customers very bad. We have only one cylinder .there is no office in Vashi area. Please take necessary action.
