Future Fund

Sir,

I am a sales Agent of Daffodils Associates Limited (Public Ltd Co.) having Rank & Code No. 10-16107 since 2004.

That Sir, this company provides us our remuneration as BDE (Business Development Expense) and TDE (Team Development Expense) since its inception. But unfortunately from January they are deducting 10% from these BDE & TDE as Future Fund. This will be return back by them after 15 years of successful and satisfactory working. But I am hesitating that the amount deposited will not be returned by them because they are not providing any yearly report. And also, the Future Fund A/C No. is also differing from Branch to Branch. In this regard I would like to know that is it legal to deduct such an amount which we have received as expenditure. The circular of Future Fund is also not clear. Kindly suggest me for the same.
