Non Delivery Of LPG Cylinde

Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm a consumer of Indane LPG Domestic gas cylinder vide consumer no. 00812 with the distributor Dagar Gas Agency, Pkt-20, Sec.-3, Rohini. From the last few weeks I tried regularly to book my cylinder, but I'm unable to contact any of their numbers (011-27524684, 011-27522345). Now seven-eight days before I booked the cylinder through automatic refill service system (ph-9911554411) but today i.e.25.04.11 when I checked my booking status, it shows that your cylinder has already been delivered on 16.04.11.I didn't get the cylinder on 16.04.11. Please get my complaint solved immediately and arrange to get the delivery done.
