Respected Sir,

On the cited subject & reference, your kind attention is drawn on the facts that reffered bill, issue your good office for payment of electricity consumption, Meter reading NEW (9990) shown/ mentioned in bill, which is wrong, as on date current meter reading is (9007) only (Dated – 17-02), As per the previous record from last 6 months the consumption quantity in unit (272, 501, 317, 417, 177, 118), but in current bill is mentioned – 1288 units.

It is human mistake during the taken meter reading by your staff (May be read as 9990 instead of 8990), You are requested to look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible and correct the bill amount for payment. Bill copy attached for certification please.
