I applied for an IPTV connection in Jaipur on 21st of June. First thr was no installation happening. Installation happened on 7th July. And still the IPTV hasnt worked. I'm continuously billed by BSNL for the service which hasnt been provided to me. The appropriate word for these people is "escapist public sector scoundrels". I'm going to court and serving them a notice today, will keep this forum updated on the results of the consumer court.
