Time share property unit of which is sold does not exist

More than a decade ago I bought two units of Manali Dalmia Time share.

I was promised property would come up soon. till then i could use the exchange scheme and use other properties of the company. If we use other properties the charges of electricity etc are more than the existing hotel rates of that area.

The property has not come up in all these years and there seem no liklyhood, as there seems to be some dispute.may be the dispute existed before the timeshare was sold to me.

The company has refused to refund money. But tried to persuade to change it into some other property of the company, which i dont want now.

Can someone guide me

Has there been any other court case/ decision on any similar case.
