Damaged pen drive delivered. on informing the same no action taken till date. mails as below

Hi Firoz,

I believe that the 3 working days time is over. May be the seller is not taking it seriously. My humble mails seems weak but its true and also my goodness is certainly not my weakness.

looking at the pen drive after unpacking, anybody will understand that it has been damaged due to heavy load pressure which is possible only in courier or storage department where some heavy weight material must have been dumped over it.

I would once again request you to please replace the same.
