Shoes broken within 3 months

I bought the shoes around December from D&A stores, Great India Palace, Noida.

Heel part of the sole got broken within three months and after that i went up to the stores on date 16-May for complaining the same they accepted the damage and retained the shoes quoting that sole will be relaced, with a Repair Slip # 3768

on Date 28-May, when i followed up for the same, store is giving my shoes without replacing the sole and instead they repaired the shoes with a patch of rubber on heel side covering the broken area for which they are justifying that it is as good as new sole while the broken area of sole is still there having fixed with glue which ultimately shall pop up after one month or any time.

I have denied the receiving of this type of repaired shoes and seek your help in this matter.
