Damage caused to hair during Hair Reboonding

I went to the Dar Salon & Spa, South Ex, New delhi on 13th September. I reached there at 12.20 pm to be precise & the procedure for my Hair Rebonding started exactly at 1 pm & to my surprise it came to an end at 7.40 in the evening. The results are:- Burnt & Damaged hair, the hair are not at all absolutely straight, the hair cut that the Hair dresser did after doing rebonding is not good i.e. he could not cut them equally. The hair dresser's name is Bikram/Vikram. He took 4 1/2 hours to just iron my hair, which is trust me quite unbelievable. I have got my hair rebonded 4 times before, never ever have I got such bad results.

Its been just about 17 days & my hair are so unmanageable & burnt. I would like some action to be taken against the both of them: the salon as well as the hair dresser. & I should be compensated for the damage caused to my hair.
